Xfiniti Comcast TV Playback says your in incognito mode when trying to access website
When your click on the TV icon from the Xfiniti / Comcast website to watch your shows on the Google Chrome browser, you get an error stating your in Incognito mode when your actually not.
To fix this you need to go to the makers of Flash’s website, Macromedia. This page actually controls your Flash settings. You might have to enable flash on that page to see the Flash Player Settings.
Click the Icon and then select Flash and enable, reload browser.
Click here and then make sure the tab “Protected Content Playback Settings panel” is selected.
From there you will want to reset the licenses and click OK.
Now close your browsers and go back to Xfiniti / Comcast page and try it out. Leave a comment, let us know if that works for you.
